Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. ProductMapper uses a small, deliberate set of them - we don't run third-party advertising trackers, and we don't sell any data collected through cookies.
Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in and keep the dashboard, mapper, and billing pages working. They're set by our authentication and payment providers and can't be switched off, since the service can't function without them - declining them means you can't stay signed in.
Preference
A small number of cookies remember interface choices - for example, which organization you last had selected, or a dismissed notice - so the dashboard doesn't reset itself every time you return.
Performance & reliability
Our error-monitoring provider may set a cookie to correlate a browser session with a reported error, purely to help us diagnose and fix issues. It doesn't track you across other sites.
Cookies we don't use
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't share cookie data with ad networks or data brokers.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Because the strictly necessary cookies are required to keep you signed in, blocking them will prevent you from using the dashboard, mapper, and billing pages - public pages like this one will still work normally.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the cookies we use change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
