Need a one-time top-up?
A one-time credit top-up that never expires. Use it to cover a busy month without changing your subscription - credits are spent before your weekly plan allowance runs out.
Credit packs are purchased from within your dashboard's Billing & Quota page - sign in or create a free account first.
Common questions
What counts as a "credit"?
One credit is spent per successfully resolved lookup - a single barcode/ASIN/title match via the API, or a matched item inside a batch job. Cache hits still cost 1 credit, since credits meter the result you receive, not the compute behind it. Unmatched (not-found) lookups are free.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Once your weekly allowance and any purchased top-up credits are both exhausted, /api/map returns a 403 until your allowance refills (automatically, every week) or you buy a credit pack. Nothing is ever charged automatically beyond your plan's monthly subscription price - credit packs are a manual, one-time purchase.
Do unused weekly credits roll over?
No - your plan's weekly allowance resets every week (independent of your monthly billing date) and any unused portion is forfeited. Purchased credit packs are different: they never expire and are only drawn down once your weekly allowance runs out, so a pack is never wasted by a reset.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime from Billing & Quota in your dashboard. Upgrading or downgrading between paid tiers is handled as a subscription change with Stripe - no new checkout, no interruption to your API keys or existing data.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No - every paid plan is a month-to-month subscription you can cancel or downgrade to Free at any time from the billing page. The Custom/Enterprise tier is the only plan with a negotiated agreement, for teams that need a volume-priced SLA.
